屯門市廣場獲外區上車客以$468萬承接自住

美聯物業屯門區區域營業董事梁浩文表示,該行新近錄得屯門市廣場1座中層G室,實用面積約335平方呎,建築面積約437平方呎,2房間隔,客飯廳間隔方正,易於擺放傢俱,故獲外區上車客以$468萬承接作自住用途,實用面積平均呎價約$13,970,建築面積平均呎價約$10,709。

據了解,原業主於2014年中以$280萬購入上述單位,持貨8年多,帳面獲利約$188萬,期內物業升值約67%。
