屯門南浪海灣兩房以$1.35萬租出租金回報率為2.1厘

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示,日前分行促成一宗屯門南浪海灣的租賃成交個案,所錄成交單位為南浪海灣連天台戶,實用面積540 平方呎,兩房兩廳,由於租客願意一次過預繳一年租金,業主有見及此,決定減租$1000,租客最終以月租$1.35萬及合共涉資$16.2萬「即睇即租」上述單位,平均呎租為$25。

黃氏續稱,如以同類型單位銀行估值約$755萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率為2.1厘。
