屯門兆軒苑B座中層三房以$1.3萬租出回報率高達3.2厘

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示,日前促成一宗屯門居屋兆軒苑之租賃成交個案,成交單位為B座中層3室,實用面積598平方呎,三房兩廳,以月租$1.3萬租入,平均呎租為$21.7,業主願意調整租金減租$800,上述租客遂便決定拍板承租。

黃氏續稱,如以現時同類型單位的銀行估值約$491萬(自由市場價)作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達3.2厘。
