美聯物業將軍澳都會駅分行區域經理余偉峰表示,新近促成將軍澳維景灣畔3期17座高層F室,實用面積550平方呎,建築面積約719平方呎,向東南,擁開揚內園泳池景及海景,獲買家以斥$1,060萬購入單位,實用面積平均呎價$19,273,建築面積平均呎價$14,743。

 

美聯余偉峰指,原業主於2003年11月以約$291萬購入單位,是次轉手帳面獲利$769萬,升值約2.64倍。
