將軍澳景林邨2座中層戶以$185萬成交減幅達5.1%

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區綠表買家以$185萬(未補地價)入市，購入將軍澳景林邨2座(景櫚樓)中層19室，單位實用面積355平方呎，一房開則企理裝修戶。業主於本年五月放盤，初時叫價195萬，近日成功減價$10萬沽出，減幅達5.1%，折合實用面積呎價為$5,211。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2001年11月以約$12.6萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，目前以$185萬售出單位，持貨22年帳面獲利$172.4萬，期間市值狂升13.7倍。
