將軍澳景林邨獲綠表買家以$188萬承接

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，成交單位為將軍澳景林邨4座(景楠樓)低層10室，單位實用面積407平方呎，兩房開則單位望園景附有靚裝修。據報，業主上月放盤叫價$250萬，由於近日市場氣氛淡靜，缺乏成交，業主近日調整叫價至$190萬，昨晚終獲綠表買家以$188萬承接，累減$62萬，實用面積平均呎價為$4,619。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2014年10月以約$47.6萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，目前以$188萬售出單位，持貨9年帳面獲利$140.4萬，期間市值狂升近3倍。
