美聯物業將軍澳東港城分行高級區域經理蕭偉康表示,該行剛促成將軍澳新寶城6座高層G室,實用面積379平方呎,建築面積約526平方呎,2房間隔,由於該單位屬高層東南開揚藍塘海峽海景,四正企理,位處鄰近大型購物商場及鄰近坑囗港鐵站,原叫價$730萬,減至$685萬獲上車客承接,實用面積平均呎價$18,074,建築面積平均呎價$13,023。

據了解,原業主2008年10月斥資約$216萬購得,是次轉手帳面勁賺約$469萬,升值217%。
