將軍澳新寶城減至$698萬成交 轉手帳面獲利$410萬

聯物業將軍澳區域營業董事劉卓豪表示,該行剛促成將軍澳新寶城1座高層D室,實用面積434平方呎,建築面積603平方呎,為2房間隔,原叫價$770萬,減至$698萬成交,實用面積平均呎價$16,083,建築面積平均呎價$11,575,成交價較3個月前同類型單位折讓約$70萬。

據了解,原業主於2010年11月以$288萬承接,是次轉手帳面獲利$410萬,升值約142%。
