太古城海景花園雅蓮閣高層3房套月租$5.5萬屬該月最大額租務成交

美聯物業太古城天山閣分行首席助理聯席董事范浩銘表示，該行剛促成太古城本月份最大額的租務成交個案，同區客以月租$5.5萬承接一個1,114實呎戶，該行於剛促成太古城海景花園的雅蓮閣高層A室租盤單位，為三房套房連儲物室間格，實用面積約為1,114呎，建築面積約為1,237呎，獲同區租客垂青，並以月租$5.5萬成交，折合實用呎租約為$49.4，建築呎租約為$44.5，屬本月份屋苑最大額的租務成交個案。

業主於2010年4月以約$1,420萬購入上述物業，若以目前租金計算，租金回報率約4.6厘。
