天水圍居屋屏欣苑A座高層戶居二市場價$495萬

祥益地產高級分行經理謝利官表示，日前天水圍居屋屏欣苑錄得一宗居二市場的成交個案，原業主於2018年以約$240.3萬(居二市場價)購入單位，轉手帳面獲利約$254.7萬。

謝氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為A座高層14室，實用面積448呎。日前獲區內綠表客垂青，新買家考慮到屋苑鄰近鐵路站，交通方便，而且樓齡新，可以承造長年期及高成數按揭，加上單位內附企裝，原業主更有累減達$55萬的議價空間，新買家遂便決定以$495萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$11,049，屬市價成交。
