中原地產大埔嵐山分行經理楊頌堯表示,分行最新錄大埔逸瓏灣8 3B座中層E室,單位實用面積494平方呎,2房間隔,放盤時開價約$750萬,議價後以$680萬易手,實用面積平均呎價$13,765。

據了解,新買家為上車客,見屋苑配套完善,價錢合理,單位少有放盤,即入市單位自用。據了解,原業主則於2019年以$654萬購入上址,持貨4年,是次沽出單位賬面獲利$26萬離場,單位升值約4%。
