大埔中心2房議價後以$543萬易手

中原地產大埔逸瓏灣第二分行經理吳華彩表示,成交單位為大埔中心11座中層H室,單位實用面積462平方呎,建築面積597平方呎,2房間隔,去年3月開價約$622萬,其後擴大議價空間減至$555萬,日前議價後以$543萬易手,實用面積平均呎價約$11,753。

中原吳華彩表示,新買家為區內分支家庭客,見屋苑位置方便,價錢合理,即決定入市單位自住。據了解,原業主於1993年以約$172萬購入單位,持貨30年,是次轉手賬面獲利約$371萬離場,單位期內升值約216%。
