大圍金禧花園議價後以$560萬獲承接

中原地產沙田及大圍高級區域董事歐偉基表示,日前促成大圍金禧花園3座低層B室,單位實用面積314平方呎,建築面積416平方呎,2房間隔,業主原先叫價約$580萬,日前議價後以$560萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$17,834。

中原歐偉基指,新買家為上車客,見單位交通方便,間隔合用,即承接單位自用。據了解,原業主於2019年3月以約$599萬購入單位,持貨約4年,是次沽出單位獲蝕讓$39萬離場,單位期內貶值約6.5%。
