大圍盛薈2座低層3房戶$1220萬易手 升值約49%

中原地產新界東豪宅白石角第二分行副分區營業經理徐家倫表示,近期市場焦點落於一手,二手交投略為減慢,大圍區本月暫錄約26宗成交,其中名城佔2宗,分行最新錄二期盛薈2座低層NC室,單位建築面積1030平方呎,實用面積784平方呎,3房連套房間隔,開價約$1250萬,議價後以$1220萬沽出,平均實用呎價約$15,561。

中原徐家倫表示,新買家為內地客,見屋苑環境舒適,價錢合理,加上撤辣後減低入市成本,即決定購入單位自用。據了解,原業主於2011年以約$819萬購入單位,持貨約13年,是次易手賬面獲利約$401萬離場,單位期內升值約49%。
