大圍名城劈價逾1成 最終以$1,126萬成交

美聯物業大圍豪宅柏傲莊分行聯席區域經理陳國浩表示,該行剛促成大圍名城2期第1座高層SA室,實用面積742平方呎,建築面積982平方呎,3房連套房及儲物室間隔,原叫價$1,300萬,劈價$174萬後,最終以$1,126萬成交,實用面積平均呎價$15,175,建築面積平均呎價$11,466。

據了解,業主於2011年3月於以$780.5萬購入,是次轉手賬面獲利$345.5萬,期内物業升值44%。
