美聯物業元朗大棠路分行區域經理翟安暉表示,成交單位為元朗蝶翠峰1期1座中層A室,實用面積約488平方呎,建築面積約660平方呎,2房戶,開則四正,減價$20萬至$560萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,475,建築面積平均呎價$8,485。

據悉,買家為區內收租客,於二手覓盤多時,有見原業主願輕微議價20萬元,並預期市場剛性需求帶動下樓市已「見底」,終購入上述單位作收租用途。原業主2016年3月以約$398萬購入物業,持貨約6年多,期內帳面升值約$162萬。
