美聯物業元朗公園南路分行高級分區營業經理徐君寶表示,該行促成元朗朗城滙兩房單位成交,$782萬蝕讓單位,2019年貨帳面虧蝕$49萬。

徐君寶表示,成交單位為元朗朗城滙2座中高層D室,實用面積約484平方呎,屬兩房間隔。買家心儀單位鄰近港鐵朗屏站,交通便利,市場持續加息,業主睇淡後市,滿三年即放售減磅,蝕讓離場,以$782萬沽出單位,折合實用呎價約$16,157。

原業主2019年$831萬購入上述單位,持貨逾3年,帳面虧蝕$49萬,物業期内下跌約5.9%。
