美聯物業尖沙咀高級區域營業董事彭文浩表示,成交單位為九龍站擎天半島2座高層F室,實用面積1,058平方呎,屬3房連套房及工人套間隔,闊廳大則,外望昂船洲海景,屬罕有市場放盤,單位原叫價$2,850萬,議價後以$2,780萬成交,實用面積平均呎價約$26,276。

據了解,原業主於2003年9月斥資$557.8萬購入上址,是次轉手帳面大幅獲利$2,222.2,升值近4倍。
