大埔昌運中心$532萬沽 6年賬面獲利約$167萬離場

中原地產大埔嵐山分行經理楊頌堯表示,日前促成大埔昌運中心2座中層C室,單位實用面積339平方呎,建築面積451平方呎,2房間隔,叫價$549萬,雙方議價後以$532萬沽出,實用面積平均呎價$15,693。

中原楊頌堯表示,新買家為用家,見單位價錢合理,業主願減價,即決定購入單位自住。原業主則於2016年以$365萬購入單位,持貨6年,是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$167萬離場,單位升值約45.8%。
