It is room A on the 17th floor in block 2A, in the usable area of 755 sq ft and the layout of three-bedroom one suite with multi-purpose room also toilet, and the transaction price is HKD11.58925 million, with an average sq ft price of HKD15,350.

Yesterday, Road King Properties’ Ccrescent Green in Au Tau, Yuen Long opened the sample flat in Chuang's London Plaza, Tsim Sha Tsui to public and started to collect applications from prospective buyers after putting on sale the first batch of 67 units at sq ft prices under HKD10,000.
According to the on-site news, more than 100 citizens visited the marketing center and the sample flat, and about 60 applications were collected on the first day, close to the full quota.
