The spreading of the new pneumonia epidemic does not hinder developers' sales deployment. Hanison Construction's existing project WEST PARK in Tung Chau Street, Cheung Sha Wan will put on sale the second batch of ten units on a first-come, first-served basis. All units are from the previous price list No. 1A after mark up. The usable areas are 333 sq ft to 339 sq ft. The sales prices are from HKD6.793 million to HKD7.863 million, with the discounted prices from about HKD6.25 million to HKD7.234 million after deducting the maximum 8% discount.
