屯門兆安苑2房$1.32萬租出租金回報率高達4厘

祥益地產-袁思賢董事表示，日前促成一宗屯門兆安苑C高層7室租賃成交，實用面積563平方呎，2房。據悉，租客為內地優才，主要鍾情上址鄰近小朋友就讀的學校，加上屋苑鄰近屯門中心地段，交通等配套應有盡有，而且業主減租$800，租客遂便決定以月租$1.32萬「即睇即租」上述單位，實用面積平均呎租為$23.4。

袁氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估值價約$399萬(自由市場價)作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4厘。
