2) Minibus going to MongKok and Jordan are available; KMB buses going to Kowloon side are also available
3) Yes, it's available in Fu Tai Estate which is just 5 mins walk from the apartment
4) Around 590 Sq. Ft.
5) BBQ is not allowed
6) No swimming...
